A shimmering spectacle, Tia was elevated by the Arcanist to become the Broodmother of Cristallina Cova, however she lead the brood to the Flamecaller's domain; there are few who heed the call of fire, but Tia believes the brood is strong enough to withstand its trials.
Hamut is mated to Tia, and carries her will to the rest of the brood.
Hamut is mated to Tia, and carries her will to the rest of the brood.
Hamut is the dignified mate of Brood Mother Tia. Although he is often quiet, his words carry much weight within Cristallina Cova.
Cesarea is a fosterling from the Fire Crystal Lair in the Great Furnace, creating a connection to the brood that resides there. She is the second in command of Cristallina Cova, Brood Mother Tia's right hand and her eventual predecessor. Although Hamut may announce the Brood Mother's will, Cesarea is the seneschal of the Cova and manages day to day dealings so that the Brood Mother can focus on more important matters. She is mated to Basilico, who assists with her duties.
Basilico is Cerasea's mate, and helps oversee the day to day life of the Cova. He originally hails from the Sunbeam Ruins, but joined the Cova some time ago after travelling to the Starfall Isles and finding Cerasea. Visitors often meet Basilico first upon arriving to the Cova, and he often judges whether or not they are allowed to enter the lair.
Claire wasn't from around the Starfall Isles, claiming to originally be from the Emberglow Hearth, like all Coatls. She joined Cristallina Cova after travelling from the distant Shifting Expanse, where the Lightning flight resides. The mysterious Coatl arrived with her companion, Lin, and another Coatl named Eric. She largely kept to herself and her companions, and still does now.
She was not, however, a real Coatl. She and her companion, Lin, used mimicry and magic to hide as such, along with the aid of Eric. In truth, Claire and Lin were Nocturne dragons. Although initially the Broodmother was displeased by this trickery, she understood why Eric and Balocco - the mate she had assigned to Lin - had chosen to hide the truth from the brood; ultimately, she decided to allow the Nocturnes to stay when their true form was revealed during the two thousandth and fourteenth Winter Solstice.

Lin arrived at Cristallina Cova with her companion, Claire, and a third Coatl named Eric. While she is far more personable than her distant companion, Lin does spend quite a bit of time by Claire's side.
She was not, however, what she seemed. For all her work within the brood, it was almost undone when the Winter Solstice arrived - it was discovered that Lin was actually a Nocturne dragon, hiding as a Coatl. Eric and the mate that had been chosen for her, Balocco, were able to appeal to the Broodmother, and Lin was allowed to stay.
Now, in her true form, she is trying to return to the way things were before her Coatl glamour was dispelled, though she is finding that many of the brood are wary. This has lead to her spending even more time with Claire, Eric, and Balocco.

Crándó is the first son of Claire and Eric that remained with the brood after the Solstice where the truth was revealed, and he was the first Nocturne hatchling to be born in the Cova that was from one of the residents.
He takes after both his mother and father in various ways, keeping to himself and studying, though not in the manner Eric does. There is a smoldering anger within him, one that may have been borne from Claire's concern over the status of their situation while Crándó was in the nest...

The unhatched egg that contained Órga was found in a strange chest that was discovered after members of the brood defended the lair from an onslaught of ectoplasmimes during the two thousand and fourteenth Winter Solstice. They had been attracted by the presence of the two Nocturne dragons that had been discovered within the Cova, and the strange creatures may have played a part into the Broodmother's decision to let them stay.
With another appeal from the whispering Balocco, Tia allowed the egg to be hatched with the nests that were being tended. Órga was allowed to stay, however she took a liking to rest of the actual Coatls, eventually being mated with Chairib, a new arrival to the lair. He was fascinated by her mimicry of their language and mannerisms, and accepting of the Broodmother's decision without question.

A second unhatched egg was found in one of the many strange chests during the onslaught of snarling mimics, ectoplasmimes, and jaw lockers during the Winter Solstice. Deargthe was hatched from this egg.
So far from the Southern Icefield, and another Nocturne dragon, the Broodmother decided to keep him at the Cove. His temperament runs hot and cold, one moment warm and caring like Perla, the next distant and cold like Eric or volatile and cruel like Voluta. Deargthe has very little control over his mimicry yet, as he spends so much time moving from one group within the brood to the next.
Balocco whispers that once he settles within the brood, his temperament shall settle as well, as his mimicry shall fall into the patterns of those he surrounds himself with the most, for the more part.

Eric is a quiet, scholarly sort of Coatl, despite not naturally being one of the Arcanist's own. He arrived at Cristallina Cova with two others, Claire and Lin, and claims his brother Hyrist will join them at some point. It is assumed he is the mate of one of the females, however they seem to have more of a bond with each other than Eric...and this does not seem to bother him in the slightest. He has spent most of his time since arriving in the Cova studying the troves of knowledge, far more interested in the Arcanist's ways than breeding; he took all that the brood was allowed when they left for the Fire flight, and then some.
However, recently it came to light that his companions were not Coatls, a fact that he admitted to having a hand in hiding. Surprising to many of the brood, but not Tia, he does deeply care for both Claire and Lin, and was afraid that those who were unaware of what Nocturne dragons were might not shelter them, or even allow them to travel in their lands, so he has kept their nature hidden for some time. Unfortunately, it becomes difficult during the Winter Solstice, and the Broodmother saw through the deception and dispelled their glamours; thankfully, she was understanding once he explained his reasoning to her.

Balocco is a very quiet, almost shy sort of Coatl that stumbled upon the Cova a short time after the initial group of Coatls arrived. He whispered that he was from Wispwillow Grove, within the Tangled Wood, and if it were not for his vibrant shadow-tinged eyes and soft whispers, most of the Brood would not believe him.
As he was from the Tangled Wood, Balocco had knowledge of the Nocturne Dragons, and knew what Lin was the moment he first made a nest with her. He kept this knowledge secret, however, conferring with the small clutch about the situation and offering to help keep the glamours working for as long as possible. When the Winter Solistice arrived, and it became to difficult to hide the truth, his whispers appeased the Broodmother, and it is possible the soft words were what kept her from sending them away.

Chairib had been sent earlier in the month of the Solstice as a messenger from the Arcanist, his instructions to appraise the brood's adaptation to their new home in the land of flames. As an assessor, he is meant to stay within the Cova for some time, and was even instructed to take a mate if the Broodmother requested such.
The Winter Solstice's revelation of the Nocturne dragons was something that was of great interest to Chairib as an assessor, even if it was outside the scope of his original assignment. However, he did not expect to actually take a liking to one of the strange dragons, and his mating with Órga, however unconventional it may be, has been something he is quite pleased about.

She came during the month of the Starfall, another rider of the storm from the Shifting Expanse whose temperament seemed to be tied deeply to the element of her birth. She was lively and outspoken, sometimes even speaking her mind to the Broodmother when she disagreed. Liathchorcra enjoyed discussion and debate, engaging in games of words and riddles with the young to teach them to think quickly when she wasn't having her talks with the older members of the brood.
It was unexpected when she became fascinated with Celeste, as they seemed to hate each other, however when he began to crystallize after becoming too focused on magic, it was hard to deny his beauty. Liathchorcra became enraptured with both his empassioned logic and his crystalline features, especially after the Broodmother stated he had become something of a personification of the brood as it had been just before they had left the Starfall Isles; luckily for her, Tia declared them mates, though Celeste seems disinterested with breeding, wrapped up in his studies much like Eric is.

The child of the raging storm and the grounding rock, Celeste is both impassioned and logical - a paradox that somehow still exists. On what seemed a whim, the Broodmother kept the young Coatl within the lair, however after even just a few days, most of the older members of the Brood understood her decision - the presence of her own hatchling made Macchia much more calm, even after he was older.
Celeste was his own dragon, however, and became quite caught up in the study of the arcane in all its forms - he even surpassed Eric in some ways, as he actively tried everything he learned...and paid for it. This lead to his skin - including his wings - becoming like crystal, much like the structure of the cave the brood lives in now, and more so like that of the cave they left behind in the Starfall Isles.
He has had a rather contentious relationship with Liathchorcra, having many heated debates with her since her arrival; it is unclear whether he is upset over the Broodmother's appointment of their mating, as he largely has buried himself in his studies since then.

Órbarra was sent to the Cove from the Tempest Aerie, deep within the Windswept Plateau, building another firm branch between the two broods. The Broodmother did not tarry long in her consideration of his request to make a home within the lair, and he settled with his mate, Fuil almost immediately.
Having arrived during the Riot of Rot, Órbarra and Fuil assisted with the celebration, despite being considered guests. His mate is lively, and almost as active as a Spiral dragon, though Órbarra himself is quite relaxed in comparison.

Much like a wandering storm, Macchia rolled through most of the Starfall Isles leaving little traces of destruction in her wake. Oscuritio foresaw the damage she was meant to do to the Cova, so the trio of Coatls and the quartet of Imperials put a stop to her before she had a chance to start. The Broodmother saw her potential, and convinced the Lightning aspected dragon to stay with the Brood; she was paired with a calmer dragon named Maribave, who is meant to ground her with his Earthen nature.
It was not until they hatched their first nest that Macchia was tamed to a point where the rest of the brood could deal with her - it was the hatchling that the Broodmother permitted to stay within the lair that calmed the storm that raged within her; when Celeste was transformed, the storm howled in fear, however it has since calmed now that it is clear that Celeste will be all right.

Maribave journeyed to the Cova to assist Cielo with shaping the cavern network as the Brood grew and the Arcanist granted the Broodmother more space for her lair. A single dragon of the Earth working was effective for only so long, and so a second was requested from Dragonhome. Leaving Cairnestone Rest, he has become the only grounding force in Macchia's life, stopping what had seemed to be an unyielding storm.
When Celeste became seemingly afflicted with a strange crystallisation, Maribave did everything he could to keep Macchia from tearing the world apart to cure him; luckily, it turned out that their son was suffering from a phenomenon that was occurring to many dragons at that time, and soon his mate calmed once more.

Fuil arrived at the Cova in the month of Rot, during the festival for the Riot celebration, with her mate Órbarra, a golden Coatl. Her mate had been sent from the Tempest Aerie as another link between the two broods, the pair settling as soon as the Broodmother allowed them. She is a lively sort, her blood sparking with her element, almost as active as a Spiral - she is always doing something and awake long hours, contributing much to the brood.
Biancaneve was raised on the Mirrorlight Promenade of the Sunbeam Ruins, where the dragons of Light hail from. Oscurito foresaw that a "pale one" would journey from the homelands of his Patron to the Cova, but was taken aback when a pair of Imperials arrived together. Ghiaccio arrived with her, however he had travelled from the Viridian Labyrinth, separately; they have since mated and remained with the Brood.
Ghiaccio was sent to deliver a missive to Perla from distant family, travelling from his home in the Gladeveins of the Viridian Labyrinth to Cristallina Cova. He was surprised to find out that one of the Fae dragons was a Seer, and the coming of a "Pale One" had been foretold; he believes that Oscurito was speaking of Biancaneve, but that may be due to the fact that he is quite taken with her...
Cristalla came from the Fire Crystal Lair during the month of Rot, after the Broodmother sent missives to her allies inquiring about Celeste's transformation. The young dragon explained that such had become a recent phenomenon, however it seemed quite natural - some dragons were being born with such traits, some discovered scrolls that transformed them, and some happened upon it by accident, as Celeste had.
She herself was the child of two dragons who had become as such, and requested to stay with the Cova brood to answer any questions Celeste had, as well as to strength the ties between the two broods. Tia agreed to her request, despite the fact it was a decision that Cristalla had made without her Broodmother's advice - it was, however, an amenable decision.

Abhcóide recently arrived at the Cova, as an acquisition the Broodmother made as a mate for Cristalla from a distant lair in the Viridian Labyrinth.
As a dragon of Nature, he has taken interest in the gardens of the Cova, which are always in a precarious position, due to the fact that the lair resides within the Blacksand Annex - it is difficult to keep flora alive within the hot lands of the Fire flight, but the Nature dragons of the brood work diligently to do so. Abhcóide's ties to the rock and soil help immensely, and there has been progress in the short time he has been with the brood.

Newly arrived from her former home in the Reedcleft Ascent, Sailchuach has been selected as a mate for Gualach, another fosterling from the Tempest Aerie. While she is not displeased with the arrangement, she is nervous about her new home, and the larger brood - her former brood was a bit smaller.
Sailchuach so far has kept to herself, finding familiarity with the Coatls, Imperials, and other Wildclaws; the rest of the brood is quite foreign to her, and Voluta has taken delight in this fact, tormenting the poor young dragon whenever she strays too far from her familiar ground - so long as the Broodmother isn't looking.
Gualach is displeased with the Spiral's behaviour, and has begun keeping constant companionship with Sailchuach, however this doesn't seem to be of much comfort to her. Perla suggests that the young dragon is just shy about her first mating, however he is not quite convinced.

Gualach was sent from the Tempest Aerie as a fosterling during the Riot of Rot, and has since settled in as a permanent member of the brood. He is a generally quiet dragon, spending most of his day writing - mostly some form of prose or poetry, though he occasionally will write a short story of some sort.
Rarely, he will write verse for song, and on an even rarer occasion, he will sing for the brood.
Unfortunately, as of late, his writing has been disrupted by Voluta's unwanted attentions upon his new mate, Sailchuach. The young dragon came from a smaller brood that was made up of only Coatls, Imperials, and Wildclaws, and the rather demonic dragon has taken to tormenting her whenever the Broodmother is not looking. Gualach's sense of duty does not allow him to do anything but protect his young mate, even though it has cost him most of his other activities.

Mezzanotte has joined the Cristallina Cova from the Sunbeam Ruins recently. The Brood Mother arranged for her to become the mate of Piumoso the Trickster, creating a pair from opposing fights. Mezzanotte was named for the colouring of her belly, which oddly almost aligns her with the Shadow dragon...
Hailing from the Tangled Wood, Piumoso arrived at Cristallina Cova shortly before the Trickmurk celebration to oversee the festivities for the brood. Upon discovering the lack of representation in the Cova, he stayed to make sure that the Shadowbinder's lessons would be felt within the brood.
Some suspect that Piumoso was aware of the Nocturne dragons' presence within the brood, but that as a loyal subject to the Shadowbinder, and a trickster to the end, he kept silent during the whole incident. He's not telling anyone whether he did or did not know the truth...

A young hatchling that was found floating in the waters below the Cova in the month of the Mistral, Rosa was unconscious when Basilico brought her into the lair. She has since been revived, but has no memory of where she was born, or how she came to the Starfall Isles.
After nearly a year, Rosa still has no recollection of where she came from. Her eyes are the only telling clue - they are vibrant violet, revealing that she was once part of the Shadow flight, and possibly from the Tangle Wood.

An adept flyer from the Twisting Crescendo of the Windswept Plains, Artiglio was a courier for his previous lair until reaching the Cova. The strange situation surrounding Rosa intrigued him, as he had heard of a number of other dragons who had a similar problem - they were all found as hatchlings, without their memories. He now serves as the courier for the Cova, and has become Rosa's mate.
Even after nearly a year, he has remained loyal to Rosa. She's developed no recollection of where she came from, although she clearly remembers things like how to live from day to day, and how to defend herself from basic attacks, but beyond that, her life has been nothing beyond what she has experienced with the brood. Artiglio doesn't care, however, as he still loves her.

Not all that she seems, Safiya frequently leaves the Cova for a variety of reasons, not all of which she bothers to share with anyone but her mate, Hyrist, and the Broodmother. Tia has forbidden the Brood from questioning the Skydancers about her comings and goings, and most accept her at face value. Safiya has a penchant for wearing silken apparel, and has a quickly growing collection of the exotic clothing.
Mora joined Cristallina Cova from another lair in the Starfall Isles. The Brood Mother worried over Cielo's mating, as the Skydancer was a quiet and shy dragon. She decided that it would be best if another calm Skydancer was mated to him, and entered negotiations with several other broods in an attempt to find a suitable mate. In the end, the maiden Mora was selected, and the Brood Mother's instincts served her well - the pair have been quite happy.
Cielo is a young Earth dragon who joined Cristallina Cova as the Brood Mother was granted rights to form her lair. Originally hailing from Dragonhome, he helped shape the Cova from the Crystalspine Reaches, and has a deep connection to the Cova. A quiet, shy dragon, the Brood Mother put quite a bit of effort into finding him the perfect mate in return for his service to the brood, and he is now happily residing with Mora in the deepest reaches of the lair.
He has been leading the Earth dragons of the Cova in expanding the lair in the Blacksand Annex since the brood moved there, ever changing the design as they become more in tune with one another, maximising the space the Flamecaller has granted the Broodmother. Soon, they shall begin another expansion, creating an even more glorious Cova...

Despite her fiery appearances, Solista hails from the Foxfire Bramble of the Tangled Wood, descended from those who are of the Shadow Flight. She has come to the Cova recently, and has become the mate of the lonely Cavillato, finding that they have much in common, despite seeming quite different at first glance.
Another representative from the Windswept Plateau, Cavillato was a fosterling from the Tempest Aerie, creating a connection between the two lairs. He is mated to Solista.
With his role as the original connection between the Tempest Aerie and the Cristallina Cova, Cavillato acts as a liaison between the two broods. He is the first to know when another from the Aerie is being sent to the Cova, and when the Aerie wishes for a fosterling from the Cova, he will be the first to hear of it.

Naomai is descended from a pair of dragons the Windsinger blessed directly, a second generation dragon from the Broodmother of a mighty lair in the Reedcleft Ascent. She is quite aloof due to her former status, preferring the solitude of the hunt to socialisation.
Even after a year within the brood, Naomai remains one within yet one apart from the brood. She has become the Huntmaster of the brood, teaching the young dragonlings to hunt and to defend themselves, and yet she otherwise remains aloof.
She often hunts alone, returning with prey that surprises the others amongst the brood, though the Broodmother herself seems unsurprised by Naomai's actions and her prizes. There is a reason she was made Huntmaster, after all.

While it may seem that Hyrist is a rather brash and confrontational dragon, he more so just does not put up with others building sandcastles out of bullshit and expecting others to pretend they smell like the magnificent structures of Dragonhome. One of the architects of the Brood, though the newest and the last to be tasked with any serious work - yet, Hyrist often ends up arranging meals for the Cova. Having arrived with his mate, Safiya, he protects the silken Skydancer quite fiercely and will challenge any who question her too closely.
Augusta is a recent addition to the brood, brought from the Sea of a Thousand Currents. The Brood Mother wishes for the lair to house a diverse group of dragons, and so far they have not been visited by any of the Tidelord's children. Giado the Plague Priest also required a mate, and so through careful negotiations, she has brought a suitable Spiral female to the Cova for him. Augusta, however, is still unsure what to make of the seemingly mad dragon - despite the fact that most of her prior lair considered her to be a bit off-kilter. Voluta, a prior candidate for Giado, who openly embraces her own strange ways of chaotic magic, torments Augusta whenever she believes the Brood Mother and Cerasea aren't looking.
Voluta still torments Augusta whenever she has a spare moment, however she is focusing on different prey most of the time, allowing Augusta time to breathe finally. However, Augusta feels for the young Wildclaw that the witch has set her sights on, but cannot make much of a connection with Sailchuach since Voluta has essentially given the Spirals a bad name.

The Mad Plague Priest of Cristallina Cova. Giado joined the brood shortly after the lair was founded, travelling from the Scarred Wastelands. His strong connection to the Plaguebringer seems to have made him a bit off, and his behaviours frighten nearly all of the hatchlings. He is always accompanied by a Plague Sprite, who is nearly as odd as he is, and he always is clad in his Plague regalia, even when he is not performing rituals. He has recently been mated to Augusta, whom he finds very pretty, but keeps stating won't be able to "wash away anything like they hope".
Voluta was originally brought to Cristallina Cova from the Windswept Plateau as a potential mate for Giado the Mad, however given that she too is a bit unstable, the majority of their children were not as well grounded as the Brood Mother would have liked; Voluta is now forbidden from nesting with Giado. She seems to be taking her anger at this punishment out on Giado's new mate, Augusta, tormenting the new Spiral whenever she can. A chaotic witch, Voluta is usually engaged in some sort of magical studies or experiment, always accompanied by her cursed bat. She is now mated to the rather submissive Azzurro.
Recently, she has taken to harassing the young Sailchuach, tormenting the Wildclaw who is from a smaller brood that was made up of Coatls, Imperials, and Wildclaws - other breeds of dragons are unfamiliar and foreign, and Voluta delights in frightening the dragonling.
Painfully shy, many in the Brood believe that Voluta abuses her new mate, however they trust in the Broodmother's judgement. Azzurro remains a rather silent, if a bit pastel, shadow to the erratic Spiral.
Whenever Voluta torments someone, Azzurro always leaves the subject of her scorn a lily of some sort afterwards, as if apologising for her behaviour. Her most recent victim, Sailchuach, won't come near him when he tries to offer up his token, so he just leaves them near her and slips away silently.

The exotic consort of Gealacán, the emissary from the Arcanist. She arrived during the month of the Starfall, to oversee the Celebration while her mate carried out his sacred duties; they remained so that he could watch over the brood and report to the Arcanist as he must.
While she is personable, Corcra often remains aloof - she is, after all, here to observe much like her mate is. She does, however, often tutor younger members of the brood in the ways of the arcane, and assisted as best she could when Celeste experienced his strange transformation; it is likely she reported everything to the Arcanist as soon as she possibly could.

An emissary from the Arcanist, sent to keep an eye on the former flight member, Gealacán arrived as the Starfall Celebration began. Marked with the spectral sigils of a spellcaster, many of the brood who had not been present in the Starfall Isles were in awe of him.
Gealacán's level of connection to the Arcane is inspiring; he need not speak, he merely thinks and those near him hear the thoughts he wishes to share - likely a method similar to the way the Arcanist communicates. Some wonder if different dragons near him hear different things when he needs them to, but none have dared asked or compared.
A Hibernal Starbear is often near him, lounging on something or another, though it seems to prefer the cluster of pulsing arcane rock Gealacán brought with him. The Starbear seemed rather undisturbed when a Slumbering Charlatan was found inside one of the strange chests during the solstice.

This priestess of the Plaguebringer seems to rival Giado in strangeness and power. Followed by a Graveyard Guardian, she arrived during the two thousand and fourteenth Riot of Rot with her mate, who is a stark contrast to the strange priestess.
Many of the brood have come to determine that all of the true priest and priestess of the Plague are just incredibly odd and difficult to deal with, and give Meánoíchí wide berth whenever possible.

Gránbuí is the polar opposite of his mate, Meánoíchí - a Nature dragon, brighter colours, far less strange and yet he is still her mate and refuses to leave her side for another dragon that makes more sense as a mate.
Like the rest of the Nature dragons, Gránbuí cares for the gardens of the Cova, keeping the flora growing in the harsh climates of the Ashfall Wastes, defying the temperatures that would normally result in the death of such plants so that the dragons who rely on the gardens for food can continue to exist. When not tending to the flora, he spends time with Meánoíchí, as without him, her only companions are the other Plague dragons...of which there are only a few.

She is a precious gift from Windermere, and Perla oversees the education of young hatchlings before they are sent to the Arcanist or sent to other lairs. She was initially mated with Oscurito, however when Nero arrived, she found her heart torn between the two dragons; Oscurito withdrew with cryptic words, assuring her that his path lay elsewhere, and she was told by Cerasea to begin nesting with Nero. After Pietra's arrival, Perla understood what Oscurito's words meant, and has since settled down happily with her mate.
Nero came to the brood from the Ashfall Wastes, seeking to settle somewhere that wasn't blistering and bleak. He immediately began an attempt to court Perla, despite her ties to Oscurito, and the Fae male withdrew; Nero saw this as a sign that he had won, despite Perla's hesitence, and considered the matter closed long before Cesarea announced that he would be nesting with the other Pearlcatcher.
Despite hailing from the Windswept Plateau, Bosca is more of a Nature dragon than a Lightning dragon, being something of a gardener and expert on flora. She tends a small garden just outside the entrance to the Cova, the Earth dragons of the Brood help her keep the soil just right for planting. Her mate, Luccichio, does what he can to help her, although he is not quite as in tune with the world as she is.
She has conceded to the guidance of Abhcóide, an actual Nature dragon, who has taken to the gardens of the Cova as a fish takes to water, despite their location in the Blacksand Annex; although she is an expert on flora through study, he has a connection to the realm that she can never gain.

A wanderer that was seeking solace from his travels, Luccichio has decided to make his home in Cristallina Cova. He currently helps oversee the tending of familiars, educating those who are unaware of the needs of their familiars or the particulars of their breed of familiars. He has become Bosca's mate, and also tries to help her tend the gardens just outside the entrance to the Cova.
Pietra joined the Cristallina Cova after travelling to the Starfall Isles from the Windswept Plateau, as predicted by Oscurito the Seer; at first, the Seer frightened her, as he knew her almost better than she knew herself, but she has since come to adore the strange Fae.
Oscurito is one of the first dragons to join the brood of Cristallina Cova. Although he was quite young, the brood quickly discovered that he was gifted by the Lightweaver or perhaps the Arcanist - Oscurito was a Seer. While most of his abilities were based around basic premonitions, he sometimes is blessed with full visions of the future. This has caused him to largely distance himself from other dragons, even within the Cova, and he never leaves the lair itself unless the Cova becomes a danger. Initially, he was mated to Perla, however after Perla had surpassed him in size, and taken a liking to Nero, Oscurito began to dream of Pietra. He waited patiently for her arrival, withdrawing from Perla, which initially distressed the Pearlcatcher - now, however, she understands his cryptic statements, and has settled into their new lives.
Chiazza is the first daughter of Cristallina Cova to not be sent to the Arcanist, or sent to live with other broods. Oscurito the Seer had a premonition, and petitioned for her to be allowed to stay within the Cova, and the Brood Mother granted her a unique sanctuary. She is mated to Alzavolo, and is likely the only reason the young Fae stayed with the Cova instead of moving on in his travels.
As part of the Starfall Celebration festivities, Chiazza got the majority of the younger Fae dragons together to form an aerial team that specialised in trick flying. She calls them the Dark Fae Flyers, though only a few of the team profess the name - most of them just claim to be trick flyers on an informal team.

Alzavolo had initially planned on just travelling through the Starfall Isles, however he lingered in Cristallina Cova to learn from Giado, a Plague Priest. While in the Cova, he became more and more intrigued by Chiazza, a young Fae female; in nearly every other lair he had visited, the Brood Mothers and their mates had sent all of their young to other lairs, and yet here Chiazza had been allowed to remain. While that alone was puzzling, her personality also intrigued him, and they have since become a mated pair.
When Chiazza started her trick flying group, Alzavolo joined her in the interesting idea, becoming a founding member of the Dark Fae Flyers. He uses the moniker to make her happy, even though he does think it's a touch silly.

Caraibica is another dragon who travelled from the Scarred Wasteland to learn at the clawed feet of Giado the Plague Priest, and stayed with the brood in Cristallina Cova. The maddening way Giado works has captured her attention, and the young Fae wishes to learn all she can from the Spiral; she doesn't quite understand why Giado ever left the Wasteland, however she does understand how strong his connection to the Plaguebringer remains, regardless of his location. She has since taken Matteo for her mate, though they have a very subdued sort of relationship.
Despite her insistance that she must study with the Plague Priest and now the Plague Priestess, Caraibica was talked into performing with the trick flyers that Chiazza put together for the Starfall Celebration. Although she made a show of wanting nothing to do with it, she has been enjoying the time she gets stretching her wings...

Matteo came to Cristallina Cova from one of the other lairs within the Starfall Isles, as one of two potential mates for the Brood Mother, however ultimately Hamut was graced with that honour. He remained within the Cova, however, as he found it far more comforting than his prior lair, with a much more diverse group of dragons. At the Brood Mother's behest, he is now mated to Caraibica, though it is unclear whether or not there are any true feelings between them.
Like most of the Fae dragons who aren't part of the leadership, Matteo got roped into the Dark Fae Flyers for the Starfall Celebration, becoming one of the trick flyers. He's continued on with the group, despite being a rather quiet and otherwise non-sensationalistic dragon.

Arriving from the Southern Icefield a month before the festivities honouring the Icewarden, Falcor chose to stay with the brood as winter set in to advise them on how best to honour his patron. He has since decided to remain within Cristallina Cova, as a representative of Ice, as there are no other ice dragons in the brood.
Riparia is an embodiment of the element she was born from - her movements are languid, her speech is fluid, and she is quite adaptable. Hailing from the Tsunami Flats, she was sent to bring tidings to Augusta a short time after the Spiral arrived, staying on after meeting the Ice Priest Falcor.
